Reflexology treatments 

are available in two options:

1.  a 60-minute session for £55 or
2.  an extended 75-minute session for £65

You will always have additional time before your treatment to discuss your wellbeing, answer any questions and ensure your session is fully tailored to your needs and some additional time afterwards to relax -allowing you to feel unrushed, supported and well cared for throughout your visit. 

Your treatment takes place in a calm, dedicated room in my home in Medstead, near Alton. You’ll relax on a comfortably padded massage couch with soft blankets and knee supports to enhance your comfort. 

The space is quiet and soothing, and each client receives a new eye mask to use during treatments and keep for future visits.

At the start of each session, we’ll spend a few minutes discussing your wellbeing and any concerns. After your treatment, you’ll have time to relax before leaving, so it’s best to allow an extra 10 minutes for your appointment to fully unwind.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6pm, with occasional evening and weekend sessions offered. 

Many clients choose to book regular monthly appointments in advance to secure their preferred day and time. These advance bookings are flexible, with only 24 hours’ notice needed for cancellations.

Payment: All major debit and credit cards are accepted, and payment is kindly requested before the start of your session. First appointments are usually secured by paying in advance via a simple payment link, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. Future appointments can be paid for on the day.

Cancellation Policy: Life can be unpredictable, and changes are sometimes unavoidable. Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be charged in full, as the time cannot usually be filled.

Vouchers: Gift vouchers are valid for three months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

 Give someone special the gift of relaxation with a reflexology gift voucher. Beautifully printed card vouchers with envelopes are available, or I can create a personalised voucher to send by email.
