Hello — my name is Jo and I’m a qualified, experienced Reflexologist with a Distinction in the ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology.
My journey into Reflexology began after many years working in finance, publishing and the not-for-profit sector, as well as time spent living and working overseas. During a period of intense stress and personal health challenges, I tried Reflexology for the first time and was struck by how deeply calming and supportive it felt, both physically and emotionally. That experience stayed with me and ultimately inspired me to retrain. I now feel incredibly fortunate to support others through this gentle, nurturing therapy.
My training included classroom-based study, extensive hands-on practice, a separate Anatomy & Physiology examination, over 100 assessed case studies, and a fully moderated practical exam. I also hold a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills, which supports the calm, thoughtful and holistic approach I bring to every treatment.
My cosy therapy room is based in my home in Medstead, near Alton, with private off-road parking. I’m fully trained, insured and follow the AoR’s professional health and safety guidelines, so you can relax knowing you’re in safe, experienced hands.

As a full member of the Association of Reflexologists I am honoured to be able to use the letters AoR after my name. These letters represent my commitment as a Reflexology professional and are a seal of quality.
As a member of the AoR, I am fully committed to continually developing my skills and knowledge, together with agreeing to abide by the Association's Code of Practice and Ethics. Association of Reflexologists (AoR)
The Association of Reflexologists is the foremost aspirational and independent Professional Association for reflexology in the UK since 1984, providing benefits, advice and guidance to reflexologists and working with other external bodies and advisory groups to promote the highest standards in the profession.
The Association is a not for profit organisation.

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy designed to support relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing.
It is based on the idea that specific points on the feet and hands relate to different areas of the body. By applying light, skilled pressure to these points, reflexology encourages the body to release tension and return to a more natural state of calm.
A reflexology treatment offers dedicated time for you to switch off, unwind and feel supported.
Many people find sessions deeply relaxing and notice benefits such as reduced stress, improved sleep, a calmer mood and a greater sense of physical and emotional balance. The experience is soothing, nurturing and tailored entirely to you.
Reflexology does not claim to diagnose or cure medical conditions. Instead, it works alongside the body’s own natural healing processes and can be used safely alongside conventional healthcare.
Treatments are suitable for most people of all ages, although there are occasional circumstances where reflexology may not be appropriate. If you are unsure whether it is right for you, it is always best to ask. Every reflexology session is unique, as it is shaped around your individual needs, helping you feel relaxed, rebalanced and supported
Having recently moved to beautiful Hampshire, I’m delighted to welcome new reflexology clients from Medstead, Four Marks, Alton, Alresford, Ropley, Chawton and surrounding villages across East Hampshire.
