At every appointment, you will always receive the full hour or 75 mins of Reflexology treatment that you book in for - in addition to the time we spend together beforehand for your consultation.

Indian Head Massage - takes place before your Reflexology treatment, is done without oil and whilst you are sat comfortably in the chair, IHM offers many benefits including; stimulating and improving scalp circulation, removing tension from the jaw and mobilising the muscles, tissues and spinal nerves of the head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and upper spine.
I use certified organic Reflexology Cream - either with or without aromatherapy oils.
ABOUT YOUR TREATMENT:
Your treatment takes place in a dedicated room in my home in Medstead, Alton. I have a massage imperial couch which is comfortably padded and has an adjustable headrest.
Fleecy blankets and knee supports also offer additional comfort and the room is quiet and calming. New personal eye masks are gifted to each client free of charge and kept on each client file for personal use on the next visit. At the beginning of every treatment, we take a little time to discuss your current wellbeing and any concerns with your health that may be troubling you......and at the end, you have the opportunity to take a little time to 'come round' at the end of your treatment, so I would advise that you allow yourself approx 10 mins extra for your appointment.

Extended appointments - exploring ways to improve wellbeing
If you would like to start making small changes to positively affect your well-being and how you feel but you're struggling to know where to start, you are not alone - I can help.
For a small additional fee (£22/30mins), I offer extended appointment times in addition to your 1 hour or 75 minute Reflexology session. Please note that extended appointments are to be arranged in advance so I can ensure I have enough time for you. These extended appointments allow you additional space where I support you in exploring ways in which you might improve your wellbeing.
With an active interest in nutrition, fitness & a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills (which means I'm a good listener!), I provide an unjudgmental space for you to explore what is bothering you and help you navigate towards a healthier and more relaxed version of yourself. Extended appointments can be as a one off or ongoing.
Offering you space to explore ways in which you might improve your wellbeing.
AVAILABILITY:
I offer appointments Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6pm.
Occasionally I offer evening or weekend appointments.
Many of my regular clients like to book their monthly slot in advance to ensure they get the day/time they want and this can be done with no obligation other than 24 hours notice for cancellations.

payment and terms
PAYMENT:
I accept all major debit and credit cards and kindly ask that payment be made before the start of the session.
Clients usually pay in advance by an easy to use payment link to confirm the first appointment unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking. From thereon, I am happy to take payment at the appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
I totally understand that sometimes life gets in the way and on occasion changes or cancellations can't be helped - however, please ensure that more than 24 hours notice is given.
For any changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the confirmed appointment, I will request that the session is paid for in full as I will not be able to fill it with another client in that time.
