 ABOUT YOUR TREATMENT:

Your treatment takes place in a dedicated private studio in my home in Medstead / Four Marks.  I have a massage imperial couch which is luxiously padded and has an adjustable headrest.  Fleecy blankets and knee supports also offer additional comfort. 

The room is quiet and calming and in the warmer months, the fan provides a cool breeze. 

New personal eye masks are gifted to each client free of charge and kept on each client file for personal use on the next visit.  (Please note that the  Reflexology room is on the 1st floor.  If stairs are a problem for you, please let me know and alternative arrangements on the ground floor can be made).

At the beginning of every treatment, we take a little time to discuss your current wellbeing and any concerns with your health that may be troubling you.  

There is also an opportunity to take some time to relax at the end of your treatment, so it's always best to allow yourself approx 10-15 mins extra for your appointment.

• 1-hour Reflexology £50
• 75 mins Reflexology £60

• 10-minute Indian Head massage £15
• 20-minute Indian Head massage £22
• Appointment extension for continued wellbeing review - £20/30mins

Indian Head Massage 10 mins (£15) or 20 mins (£22) -  added to a Reflexology treatment.Indian Head Massage is done without oil and whilst you are sat in a chair.  It offers many benefits including; stimulating and improving scalp circulation, removing tension from the jaw and smoothing out facial muscles, strengthening and mobilising the muscles, tissues and spinal nerves of the head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and upper spine. It can be very effective in relieving headaches, sinusitis, depression, insomnia, anxiety attacks, migraines, tinnitus, dizziness, eye strain, hypertension, frozen shoulder, neck and upper back pain. When added to your Reflexology treatment, we start with the Indian Head massage before you take your place on the couch to enjoy the Reflexology. 

 Extended appointments - exploring ways to improve wellbeing

If you would like to start making small changes to positively affect your well-being and how you feel but you're struggling to know where to start, you are not alone - I can help. 

For a small additional fee (£20/30mins), I offer extended appointment times in addition to your 1 hour or 75 minute Reflexology session. 

These extended appointments allow you additional space where I support you in exploring ways in which you might improve your wellbeing.

With an active interest in nutrition, fitness & a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills (which means I'm a good listener!), I provide an unjudgmental space for you to explore what is bothering you and help you navigate you towards a healthier and more relaxed version of yourself. 

Extended appointments can be as a one off or ongoing. 

AVAILABILITY: 

I offer appointments Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6pm.  

Occasionally I offer evening or weekend appointments.

Many of my regular clients like to book their monthly slot in advance to ensure they get the day/time they want and this can be done with no obligation other than 24 hours notice for cancellations.

PAYMENT:

I accept all major debit and credit cards and kindly ask that payment be made before the start of the session.

Clients usually pay in advance by an easy to use payment link to confirm the first appointment unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking. From thereon,  I am happy to take payment at the appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I totally understand that sometimes life gets in the way and on occasion changes or cancellations can't be helped - however, please ensure that more than 24 hours notice is given.  

For any changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the confirmed appointment, I will request that the session is paid for in full as I will not be able to fill it with another client in that time.
