Hello. My name is Jo and I'm a qualified Reflexologist based in East Ewell, Epsom. I offer relaxing, restorative Reflexology and work from my home studio.
Before training as a Reflexologist, I had a full-on corporate career the first time around and understand how stress can manifest itself in mental and physical ailments. Following some of my own health and well-being "challenges" I turned to Reflexology, and it really helped!
As a result of my own positive experiences with Reflexology - I decided to retrain in this amazing therapy. I was delighted to qualify with a distinction in 2017 and I am proudly a full member of the professional body - The Association of Reflexologists.

Working in total confidence with you, treatments are tailored to your own specific needs with the sole aim of improving your overall and individual well-being. With a holistic approach to your wellbeing and health, I offer all my clients a free wellbeing consultation as part of each and every session.

Reflexology is an ancient and holistic complementary therapy that works on the basis that our feet are maps of the body.
Reflexologists apply gentle pressure to specific points on the feet with the aim of generating a positive response in both mind and body.
Reflexology promotes relaxation, improves mood, aids sleep, releases tension and aids general wellbeing.

An excerpt from April's newsletter.
This April, it‘s “Stress Awareness” month. Give yourself permission for just FIVE minutes a day and make space for a 5-minute stress buster.
Improving our well-being, reducing stress and feeling better and less stressed in just five minutes may seem a bit far fetched but… when life is hectic and we rush from one to do list item to the next, perhaps taking an intentional FIVE minutes a day could really help restore, reset and regroup.
Deep breathing: Are you sitting comfortably? For FIVE minutes take slow, deep breaths. Inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Notice how your body and your mind relaxes with each breath.
Practice Gratitude: For FIVE minutes take a moment to reflect on three things you're grateful for.
Small or significant. Notice how your perspective shifts and your mood improves.
Stretch: Gently(!) bend and stretch for for FIVE minutes and notice the sensations in your body. Physical activity releases endorphins - notice the positive change in your mood and energy.
Listen to music: Uplifting or calming - your choice – but take FIVE minutes and listen to your favourite toons. Music has such an immense power to influence our emotions. Depending on your choice of song, notice how much more energised or calm you feel as a result.
