Its impact inspired me to retrain in 2017, and I qualified with distinction as a Reflexologist. Since then, I’ve been passionate about helping others experience the same sense of balance, calm, and wellbeing that Reflexology brought to my own life.
I’ve recently moved to the area and am delighted to bring Sole to Soul Wellbeing Reflexology to Medstead, Alton. After many years in the corporate world and living and working overseas, it feels wonderful to now offer a restorative space where clients can feel supported, listened to, and gently guided back into balance.
