Hello. My name is Jo and I'm a qualified Reflexologist based in East Ewell, Epsom. I offer relaxing, restorative Reflexology and work from my home studio.
Before training as a Reflexologist, I had a stressful corporate career and as such, I understand how stress can manifest itself in mental and physical ailments. Following some of my own health and well-being "challenges" I turned to Reflexology, and it helped me incredibly.
As a result of my own positive experiences with Reflexology - I decided to retrain in this amazing therapy. I was delighted to qualify with a distinction in 2017 and I am proudly a full member of the professional body - The Association of Reflexologists.
Reflexology is an amazing therapy that can:
A one-hour session of Reflexology is £50.
Located on the Non Such Court estate in East Ewell, Epsom , conveniently very near to East Ewell train station and for those who wish to drive, off-road parking is available.
I'm a believer in the power of the mind body connection which is why I named my practice "Sole to Soul Wellbeing". Working in total confidence with you, treatments are tailored to your own specific needs with the sole aim of improving your overall and individual well-being. With a holistic approach to your wellbeing and health, I offer all my clients a free wellbeing consultation as part of each and every session.

Firstly, Kiwi Fruit. Rich in Vitamin C boosting the immune system, this little green hero has a surprising amount of fibre which for many, can really assist with digestion. If that's not enough, Kiwi's free radical combatting antioxidants support heart health and may even improve sleep quality. Low in calories, try it in fat free Greek Yoghurt with a drizzle of honey and enjoy the benefits! (I always recommend Total Fage 0%). And now - with October here - and the smell of Autumn in the air, why not have a root around in your cupboard and find your Cinnamon. Traditionally associated with baking, it's another fabulous foodie hero that is easily added to yoghurt, smoothies or porridge. Serving as a natural sweetener it's a great natural remedy for digestive issues, has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, helps regulate blood sugar levels, boosts the immune system and can support heart health by improving cholesterol levels. Who knew this little spice had so many super powers?! #superfoods
Reflexology is an ancient and holistic complementary therapy that works on the basis that our feet are maps of the body.
Reflexologists apply gentle pressure to specific points on the feet with the aim of generating a positive response in both mind and body.
Reflexology promotes relaxation, improves mood, aids sleep, releases tension and aids general wellbeing.
An excerpt from a recently published article on the benefits of Reflexology also explains it well: "With ever-increasing levels of stress in everyday life, it is important to recognise the detrimental effect this can have on the body, and to take action to address it. As such, reflexology could be one of the therapies you employ to ease these stresses. Improved well-being is much more than simply the absence of illness; it’s also thought to include an improved frame of mind, better relationships with those around you and increased happiness."
